Grilled Tuna Steaks

Ingredients

  • 6 ea Tuna Steaks
  • 8 oz Cajun Injector Creole Garlic recipe
  • 1/2 stick Butter

Directions

  1. Slice at home or have your seafood market slice fresh Tuna into 1 to 1 1/2 inch steaks.
  2. Wrap Tuna in plastic wrap before injecting.
  3. Marinade about 15 minutes.
  4. Place steaks on grill and continue to brush marinate with melted butter on steaks as they cook.
