- 6 ea Tuna Steaks
- 8 oz Cajun Injector Creole Garlic recipe
- 1/2 stick Butter
- Slice at home or have your seafood market slice fresh Tuna into 1 to 1 1/2 inch steaks.
- Wrap Tuna in plastic wrap before injecting.
- Marinade about 15 minutes.
- Place steaks on grill and continue to brush marinate with melted butter on steaks as they cook.
