Cajun Injector Hot' N Spicy Butter Grilled Grouper

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Grouper Fillets
1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Hot n Spicy Butter Marinade
1 tbsp Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
2 tbsp Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Cut fish into 4 (6oz) portions, and place in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture over fish and marinate for 30 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and grill 4 minutes a side or until fish is firm.

Yield: 4 servings
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 8-12 minutes
