Cajun Injector Jalapeno Butter Pot Roasted Pork

Ingredients
- 1 4-6 lb Pork Shoulder Roast
- 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Jalapeno Butter Marinade
- 2 Yellow Onions Diced
- 1 Bell Pepper Diced
- 1 Stalk of Celery Diced
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
- 2 tbsp Louisiana Gold Green Pepper Sauce
- 1 tbsp Cajun Injector Cottonsed Oil
- 3 cups Beef Broth
Directions
- Inject roast with 2 ounces marinade per pound of meat, then season the outside with shake and hot sauce.
- Pour oil into cast iron dutch oven and heat over high heat. When oil is hot plce roast in pot and sear on all sides until golden brown.
- Add onions, bell pepper, celery, garlic, and beef broth. Stir then bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook for three hours stirring occasionally. Serve of white rice or mashed potatoes.
Preptime: 20 minutes
Cook time: 3 1/2 hours
