Cajun Injector Teriyaki & Honey Grilled Crappie

Ingredients

4 4 oz Crappie Fillets
1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Teriyaki & Honey Marinade
1 tbsp Original Louisana Jalapeno Hot Sauce
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Place the fillets in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture over the fish and marinate for 30 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and grill for 4 minutes a side or until fish is firm.

Yield: 4 servings
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 8-12 minutes
