Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and Herb Trout

Ingredients

• 4 6 oz  Rainbow Trout Fillets
• 1 tsp  Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
• 1 16 oz jar  Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic & Herb Marinade
• 1 tbsp  Original Louisiana Roasted Pepper Hot Sauce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Place fillets in a bowl. Combine remaning ingredients and mix well.
2. Pour mixtuer over fish and marinate 30 minutes. When ready to cook place fish on foil lined sheet pan and broil for 10-15 minutes or until fish done.

Yield: 4 servings
Preptime: 10 minutes
