Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic & Herb Venison Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Venison Sausage Removed from Casing and Cubed
- 1 16 oz box Penne Pasta
- 1/2 cup Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic & Herb Marinade
- 2 28 oz cans Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove sausage from casing and begin to cook over medium heat.
- While meat is cooking boil pasta following instructions on package. when meat is browned add marinade, tomatoes, and half the cheese mix well and cook 30 minutes.
- Once sauce has cooked add pasta mix well. Pour into baking dish sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake 20 minutes or until bubbling.
