Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic & Herb Venison Pasta

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs  Venison Sausage Removed from Casing and Cubed
• 1 16 oz box  Penne Pasta
• 1/2 cup  Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic & Herb Marinade
• 2 28 oz cans  Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes
• 1 cup  Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove sausage from casing and begin to cook over medium heat.
2. While meat is cooking boil pasta following instructions on package. when meat is browned add marinade, tomatoes, and half the cheese mix well and cook 30 minutes.
3. Once sauce has cooked add pasta mix well. Pour into baking dish sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake 20 minutes or until bubbling.

Yield: 10 servings
Preptime: 20 minutes
