Cajun Injector Broiled Garlic & Herb Grouper

Ingredients

• 4 3 oz  Grouper Fillets
• 1 tsp  Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
• 1 16 oz jar  Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic & Herb Marinade

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
2. In a gallon size plastic bag, place fish and marinade place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. After 1 hour remove fish from marinade and season both sides with shake. Place fish on foil lined sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes or until fish is done.

Yield: 4 servings
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
