Cajun Injector Jalapeno Butter Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
- 1 1/2 cups Bread crumbs
- 1 cup Cajun Injector Jalapeno Butter Marinade
- 2 tbsp Cajun Injector Cottonseed Oil
Directions
- Pick through crab meat to make sure there ar no shells mix in with meat. Crack eggs in a bowl and beat with a fork. Pour remaning ingridents ito a bowl; fold in eggs until well combined. Be craful not to over mix and brak up crab meat.
- Place mixture in rfrigerator for 20 minutes to let flavors combine. Heat oil in none stick skillet. When oil is hot form cakes using ice cream scoop or hands and carefully place in hot oil pushing down gently with the back od spoon to form cakes.
- Cook the cakes about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 4 minutes
