Cajun Injector Teriyaki & Honey Venison Roast

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Teryaki & Honey Marinade
- 1 4-6 lb Venison Roast Chuck or Rump
- 2 tbsp Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
- 2 tbsp Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 F. While oven is heating, inject 2 oz of marinade per pound into the roast and season outside with shake and hot sauce.
- Place roast in pan and pour remaining marinade over it. Bake for 2 - 3 hours or until roast is tender.
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 2 - 3 hours
