Louisiana Gold St. Patrick's Day Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb  Chicken Wings Separated and Tips Removed
  • 3 tbsp  Cajun Shake seasoning
  • 1 cup  Louisiana Gold Green Sauce
  • 1   Lime, juiced
  • 2 cups  Ranch Dressing
  • 2 cups  Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 10   Celery Sticks
  • 10   Carrot sticks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F while oven heats up season chicken pieces with Cajun Shake.
  2. Place wings on sheet pan making sure they do not touch so they cook evenly. Place sheet pan in oven and bake 20-30 minutes or until wings are cooked.
  3. While wings are cooking place hot sauce and lime juice in bowl with lid and mix well.
  4. Place cooked wings in bowl cover with lid and toss to coat evenly. Serve with ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.
  5. Wings can also be fried at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Yield: 1 lb of wings
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 to 30 minutes
