Cajun Injector Jalapeno Butter Pork Tournedos

Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork Tenderloin, silver skin removed
- 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Jalapeno Butter Marinade
- 1 tbsp Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- On the stovetop preheat a cast iron grill pan on high heat.
- Lightly spray the grill with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- Cut the tenderloins into 2 oz. portions and inject with the Jalapeno Butter Marinade.
- Season with Cajun Shake.
- When the grill pan begins to smoke place the tournedos on the grill and cook using the crosshatch method.
- Cook for 3 minutes on each side and then place the pan in the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the center reaches 165 degrees F.
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 - 15 minutes
