Cajun Injector BBQ Seafood Pasta

Ingredients
- 15 Wooden Skewers
- 1 1/2 lbs peeled and deveined shrimp
- 3 tbsp Cajun Shake
- 12 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 tbsp Louisiana
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 large Red Onion
- 2 Spaghetti Squash
- 1/4 cup Cajun Injector Jalapeno Butter Marinade
- 1/4 cup Cajun Injector Lemon Butter Garlic Marinade
- 1 tbsp Minced Parsley
- 4 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Preheat your grill. Next ,soak the skewers in water so they don't burn.
- While grill heats up, season seafood with 1/2 Cajun Shake, 1/2 Louisiana original Chipotle Hot Sauce and 1/3 of the olive oil . Place in cooler and let marinate for 1 hour.
- Cut vegetables into chunks and season them with remaining Cajun Shake, hot sauce and oil.
- Once grill is hot ,cut the squash in half, scoop out the seeds and place it on the grill away from the direct heat, let cook for 30-45 minutes or until it is tender.
- When squash is cooked ,wrap in foil and keep warm.
- Place the shrimp, bell peppers, and onion on the soaked skewers. Grill on medium-high heat until shrimp are cooked.
- Take the cooked spaghetti squash and shred the inside by raking a fork through the flesh. This should resemble spaghettie when complete.
- Combine the Cajun Injector Marinade, green onions and top with minced parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
- Remove shrimp and vegetables from skewers, toss with the marinade mixture and lay on a bed of spaghetti squash
