Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Grilled Venison Loin

Ingredients
- 1 Venison backstrap ( appx. 2.5lb.)
- 8 oz Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1 tbsp Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
- 1 tbsp Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
Directions
- Melt butter and mix with Creole Garlic Marinade.
- Infect the butter/marinade mixture evenly throughout venison loin.
- Rub loin with hot sauce then sprinkle with Cajun Shake.
- Cook over medium hot coals for appx. 45 minutes ,turning every 10 minutes.
- Remove from grill and wrap in aluminum foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
