Cajun Injector Fried Venison

  1. Start out by cutting the tenderloin into 1/2 to 1 inch thick medallions and place in plastic container.
  2. Season with hot sauce and jar of marinade.
  3. Place lid on container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  4. After meat has had time to marinate, remove from refrigerator, follow Chicken Fry instruction and fry the venison at 350 F. for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 3-4 servings
