Cajun Injector Fried Venison

Ingredients
- 1 lb Venison tenderloin
- 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Venison Marinade
- 1 tbsp Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1 8 oz bag Cajun Injector Chicken Fry
- 2 cups Cajun Injector Cottonseed Oil for deep frying
Directions
- Start out by cutting the tenderloin into 1/2 to 1 inch thick medallions and place in plastic container.
- Season with hot sauce and jar of marinade.
- Place lid on container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- After meat has had time to marinate, remove from refrigerator, follow Chicken Fry instruction and fry the venison at 350 F. for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
Preptime: 10 minutes
