Cajun Buffalo Wings

  1. Pour Cajun Injector Creole Butter over wings and leave 15-20 minutes or best results.
  2. Place wings in a shaker or plastic bag with seasoned fry mix. Shake wings until chicken fry mix covers wings. Deep fry wings at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing. If you want hotter wings, pour additional Creole Butter Marinade over wings. And if you want them hotter than that, add Louisiana Hot Sauce to taste.
Yield: 2-3 servings
