Duck Breast Teriyaki Appetizer

Ingredients
- 5 Boneless Duck Breast halves
- 1 jar Cajun Injector Marinade, Teriyaki & Honey
- 10 Bacon slices, cut in half
- 20 Pineapple chunks
- 1 Cajun Injector Cajun Shake, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Wrap breast individually in plastic wrap.
- Inject breast halves, using 1 oz of marinade per breast.
- Remove plastic wrap and cut each breast into 1 inch cubes.
- Place 1 breast cube and 1 pineapple chunk on a of bacon.
- Roll up and secure with a wooded toothpick.
- Season with Cajun Injector Cajun Shake Seasoning.
- Cook at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
