Duck Breast Teriyaki Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 5   Boneless Duck Breast halves
  • 1 jar  Cajun Injector Marinade, Teriyaki & Honey
  • 10   Bacon slices, cut in half
  • 20   Pineapple chunks
  • 1   Cajun Injector Cajun Shake, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Wrap breast individually in plastic wrap.
  3. Inject breast halves, using 1 oz of marinade per breast.
  4. Remove plastic wrap and cut each breast into 1 inch cubes.
  5. Place 1 breast cube and 1 pineapple chunk on a of bacon.
  6. Roll up and secure with a wooded toothpick.
  7. Season with Cajun Injector Cajun Shake Seasoning.
  8. Cook at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley.
