Directions

  1. Inject each sausage link with 1 oz of the mesquite marinade by following instructions on the marinade jar.
  2. Grill until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  3. To assemble the dogs, place the sausage link in a hot dog bun.
  4. Add condiments of choice and sprinkle with Cajun Shake.
  5. Finally a few drops of Louisiana Hot Sauce along with jalapeno sliced peppers.
