Smoky Dogs on Fire

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Smoked sausage, cut into hot dog bun length pieces
- 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Mesquite Marinade
- 1 tbsp Cajun Shake (or salt & pepper)
- 2 tbsp Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1 8 oz jar Louisiana Sliced Jalapenos'
- 1 pk Hot Dog Buns
Directions
- Inject each sausage link with 1 oz of the mesquite marinade by following instructions on the marinade jar.
- Grill until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- To assemble the dogs, place the sausage link in a hot dog bun.
- Add condiments of choice and sprinkle with Cajun Shake.
- Finally a few drops of Louisiana Hot Sauce along with jalapeno sliced peppers.
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
