Magic Garden Spice Blends
Spice up your meats, poultry and fish with our new Magic Garden spice blends. These delicious spice blends consist of whole spices and large pieces of herbs and seasoning specially selected to retain flavor laden essential oils at the application point for maximum flavor as a rub or seasoning.
To use as a rub, grinder rubs should be blended after grinding with olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice; then massaged into meat, poultry, or fish prior to cooking to form a wonderfully flavorful crust.
Whole Spices last longer than ground spices. To determine the pungency, grind a small amount over a plate. Then smell and taste. If the sample exhibits weak aroma and minimal taste it may be time to replace the product.
